SAFETY AND SERVICE QUALITY

Our most important objective is the safety of our people, our clients, the environment and the communities in which we operate.

Integrated Well Services & Solutions (IWSS) is committed to pursuing the highest standards of health, safety, security and environmental performance. At IWSS, providing services and solving customer challenges is second only to keeping everyone safe and healthy. We don’t compromise our focus on HSE for better business results and requirements. Our commitment to safety will minimize the impact on the environment, control risks to our employees, and maintain safe work practices. Our dedication will match our commitment so that each and every IWSS employee takes personal ownership of their own safety and the safety of others.

Turning our commitments into practice is at the heart of our Journey to ZAC (Zero Accident Culture). Simply stated, it’s a concerted effort to achieve safe, health secure environmental culture every time, all the time. There are many areas within IWSS where this is happening now. Our ZERO goal is to make it happen around the clock, around the globe.

The Company’s objectives are:

• To conduct our operations with minimal risk to personnel or the environment.
• To seek continuous improvement.
• To consult with all of our employees, as well as with others, with regards to quality, health, safety, security and the environment.

The ZERO ACCIDENT CULTURE (ZAC) is to take significant steps in improving our HSE and service quality performance. ZAC was implemented in 2015 and drives to reduce safety incidents, environmental incidents/accidents with a goal of ZERO.

IWSS believes SAFETY is everyone’s business. That’s why every person at every worldwide location makes safety awareness their number one priority. Every member of IWSS Team is tasked with taking personal ownership of his or her own safety and the safety of others.

Our goal is to keep our people and the environments in which they work, safe and healthy. To that end, we put policies and procedures in place to make sure that adherence to proper safety practices is a 24/7 commitment on everyone’s part.

At IWSS we start each and every meeting with a SAFETY TALK.

Life Saving Rules

The IWSS Life Rules are used in all IWSS operations. Every employee is required to learn all 12, to use them every day so they become second nature, and to make them a regular part of our safety culture.
